Pieces of this weeks email:

This week was great. We saw a bear!!! A little black bear cub. I got some sweet pics of it. We were at this less actives house and the the apple tree in their back yard just started shaking. We looked out the back window and saw this furry black thing the size of a large dog. It was in the tree eating all the apples. SO me and my comp snuck out and got some pics probably 30 yards away. We were talking to the less actives and they said that they think it's mom got hit by a car cuz the haven't seen the mom anywhere and there was a report of a bear getting hit on the highway by their house. So that was pretty much the highlight of our week.

We had a couple lessons on the doorstep but no one real interested, just people we can follow up with. So we had a nice long talk with our ward mission leader yesterday about him getting us some more member lessons where we can work with them to invite their friends and neighbors out to church.

We also met with our Mission President. He is pretty awesome. He gave us some great/different insight on missionary work that he told us to implement however we wanted. It was nice to get some good advice on everything when we were one on one.

This morning was awesome. Brother Jones, the 1st counselor in the bishopbric, took us out mountain biking. We were over at their house last night for dinner and he invited us to go. He actually reminds me a LOT of Matt Robbins. He's really sarcastic, a prankster, and really quite crazy. But it was so much fun.

Anywhoo...... I love it here (incase you were wondering) I definitely would not choose to be anywhere else in the world.
